He knew he was a vile creature. He was depraved by nature, doomed to serve the purpose of lust and sin. No, Crowley certainly wasn't a stranger to those feelings. Hunger, desire, want. He had been designed to inflame them. This body he'd been given, temptation incarnate. Yet, he'd only ever experienced them himself for one other being, one single creature, the one and only he could never have. He was no stranger to longing, either. You Are So Loved! | Good Omens - Ineffable Husbands Fic
A new angel is sent to monitor the humans and report back to Heaven as a replacement for Aziraphale. Despite pretending so well, and doing such a good job of fitting in with the humans for quite awhile now, she slips up, and reveals her identity when she senses such an immense amount of love in someone that she just can't believe it. "You are so loved!" She shouts at the person she feels this from, before running away stuck in her jealousy. This left Aziraphale to ponder why there was another angel on Earth, but he figures it out quickly. What he does have trouble with, is figuring out who in his 6,000 years could have loved him so much that it throws off an angel in disguise. Which is Crowley's cue to panic. Warning: they're both dumbasses. Also, lots of fluff.
