Alfia is still alive and took care of and raised Bell. Zeus had given Bell his blessing when the latter was 7, allowing Bell to reach Level 4 by the time he arrived at Orario's Gates. Bell will possess heightened growth, but nowhere near the same amount as Liaris Freese. He is still kind and humble thanks to his natural nature, he will also be far more confident and comes off as Arrogant at times. Alfia keeps his confidence in check, and he is also more analytical and intelligent thanks to his Aunt's teachings. He still desires to be a Hero, and meeting Astraea only boosts the drive toward his ideals further.
