As the commander he was trained to be, as the relentless killing machine known for massacring the orcs, the Champion has rarely changed. The title of king did little to waver his very straightforward mindset. But without Shimmer--his sole purpose for guiding the humans by their hand--without any company, he succumbs to the horrors of isolation. A hero has somebody to fight for, a motivation.
