You all know the story. A company of 13 dwarves, a wizard, and a hobbit make the journey to The Lonely Mountain to reclaim the lost kingdom of Erebor. The White Orc succeeds in wiping out the Line of Durin from Middle Earth, and sorrow follows the Dwarve's victory over the Battle of the 5 Armies. 

However, our little story does not begin with a hole in the ground. Rather, this story begins with the introduction of a well-feared and respected traveler, a female by the name of Raewynn. In her blood flows a dark enchantment, one that is not easily lifted.

Perhaps this woman, whose temper is fierce and whose will is stronger than mithril, will change the fate of all of Middle Earth... for better or for worse. Be prepared to enter a Middle Earth you are not familiar with.All Rights Reserved

Bilba and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day by D3-ISeeFire

Modern AU Crack/Humor/Fluff - Bilba and Thorin get into a fight and, as they are both prideful and stubborn, neither one can quite bring themselves to simply admit to their part and apologize. Bilba finally has enough of the stalemate and decides the most brilliant and epic solution ever would be to kidnap Thorin and lock him in the basement until he gives in, admits it was all his fault and begs for her forgiveness . It's possible she might have been a WEE bit drunk when she came up with, and executed, this plan. Of course now that she's done it she can't back down. That would be like admitting Thorin was right...somehow. She's not quite as firm on that point but what IS clear is Thorin looks far to smug for a kidnap victim which means she is certainly not admitting her plan was not the most epic and well thought out plan in the history of epic and well thought out plans. Even when she realizes Frerin might have been a witness meaning she has to kidnap him too...and Dwalin shows up acting all suspicious so of COURSE she has to kidnap him........ There just MAY have been one...or two TINY flaws in her plan after all but that doesn't mean it wasn't still epic! Thorin will rue the day he crossed her!

The Hobbit is my favorite, Bilbo Baggins is my favorite along with the the three Durins. Since Legolas was in the both trilogies he was sort of my first crush. Aragorn my favorite too. Any way this story will my own view of how I would go along on this adventure etc. with Thorin Oakenshield as my love interest, being friends with everyone, a good friend & a brave fighter. In this story my character risks her life to save the Durins, how!?!
