Kaito Parker, younger brother to Peter Parker. After his parent's died, Peter was taken into Uncle Ben's care but Kaito wasn't able to go with him due to financial issues Ben and May had. He was placed into foster care and regularly wrote to his older brother, his foster family moved to Japan where he made new friends until his quirk emerged.
