Nico di Angelo is being overwhelmed. His children/Cocoapuffs/Cacodemons have been overcrowding him and making him re-live his worst moments over and over, the other campers, even the Seven have been avoiding him as his mood worsens, and everyone has forgotten how many times he helped save the world, for example, getting the Athena Parentheos across the world, bring Hades to help against the Titans, and countless times more. Even Will has been spending less time with him as more demigods arrive, and ever since the infamous 'Shadow Travel Incident' even Chiron seems uncomfortable around him. And all of that draws the Cocoapuffs closer. He needs a break. So, Nico decides to go to the Underworld to ask Hades about what he should do. Hades tells him to head to Mount Olympus to receive some 'blessings from the gods' as Hades worded it. So Nico goes over there ya da, ya da, ya da, gets blessed, etc... BUT.... There is a TWIST. I mean, how would it be a good blessing WITHOUT a twist?! His physical body is now seven -years-old AND THAT HELPS A LOT, ZEUS. So yea. Then they send him off to Gotham City and Zeus is like 'JUST TRY TO SURVIVE, OK!?" And yea.
🥸 ALSO NONE OF THE CHARACTERS BELONG TO ME, THEY BELONG TO RICK RIORDAN AND DC, AND THE COVER ART ISNT MINE! 🥸
Enjoy and let my slow lazy brain get some ideas. :)
Love you all, my minions! -Anitoly
What if Nyx got Nico as Will, Bob, Small Bob and Nico were in the boat? What if Nico hadn't swore on the River Styx?
It's been 2 years since Will and Nico ventured down to Tarturas, and today is the anniversary of that day. Will never left Camp Half-Blood. He's been waiting for Nico to somehow rise from the ground and and say "I'm back with more trauma!" or something like that. People have gotten concerned about Will; he's been distant, and easily agitated when someone mentions something bad about Nico.
Percy and Annabeth knew what happened, but they hadn't said anything to anyone about it other than the remaining seven, although no one was brave enough to mention it around Reyna. The seven recommend Will take a break, relax, maybe even visit with Nico's parents, but he refused, not wanting to be so close to Tarturas where he might jump in to find a possible dead Nico.
Even Hades and Persephone have been acting weird, much to the God's confusion. The dead have been rising at random times at both camps, causing people to become suspicious.
But one day, a very cold and rainy day, a group of skeletons run to Camp Jupiter and Half-blood, relaying one message: "A demigod has rose from the darkness."
I do not own Rick Riordan's work, nor his characters. This takes place after The Sun and The Star, so I recommend reading it before this so you understand.
