There's a lady named Isabelle who is a "nobody". She meets a rockstar named Alex at a drag bar where she's performing. Alex invites Isabel to go and sing with her at her next concert. Isabel declines at first but then soon accepts the invite. 
    
    She sings with Alex on stage and she enjoys it.
    
     Isabel and Alex start dating, and they both enjoy singing together. Isabel becomes famous. Her manager turns Isabel into a different person, and she hates it.
