Marcia Turner is single. Violently and eternally single. But that's okay. She has her two best friends, a cute cat to cuddle and has finally been handed the reins to the family business, a bookshop named Page Turners. David Suwan is single. But he's far to busy for all of that anyway. He's spent years working to open his dream bar - The Raven On Tap - and he's determined it will be a success. He cannot afford distractions, especially not from the cute bookshop owner next door. When David and Marcia both receive letters telling them someone is trying to buy their businesses, suspicions are raised and accusations start to fly. Due to a series of unfortunate events, they find themselves forced to work together to win a competition that could save their livelihoods. Will they save the shops they love? And will sparks fly amongst all the pressure?
