Confessions of a Queen Bee
STORY 1 Ivy James loved being top of the school; she could click her fingers and get anyone to fulfill whatever her heart desired. She was happy enough with her equal, top jock, bad boy boyfriend, and there was nobody that could bring them down. Her weight is dangerously low. She locks herself in her room every night and her parents are concerned. Alice thinks she's fine, what's wrong with having your very own world where you're completely happy? But when Alice gets stuck in wonderland, she begins to learn that being perfect isn't everything. The things she always believed were lies--beauty is within you, everybody's beautiful as they are, blah blah blah...--are starting to make sense to her. Friends, best friends, are suddenly making her conscious of her body. The comments are driving Livia to the deep end, suffering endlessly from the need to starve, to always be more beautiful.
