Elina Kingsley is a bright---in wits and heart---freshman at Kensington Forest University, just north of Manhattan and expecting maybe too much from Miss Elina...or maybe not? At a literary school, winning a full-ride with her bookish acumen makes her a superstar. But Blake Kingston is not impressed by her. In fact, he might even be envious. As her runner-up, he has most of his tuition covered, but he's not satisfied with second place and he's got it out for Elina.
