Sootkit grows up with his fellow littermates, only trying to be the best warrior he can be. Many obstacles are in the way of his goal, but this is the least of his problems. One day, truth spills out. Sootkit knows questions need to be answered before it's too late, but what he doesn't know is that it is already too late. Fate is inevitable and there is nothing he or anyone can do to change it. For hunger of revenge, weakness of will, desperate need of trust, nothing is the same again. And the story unfolds. I am going to attempt at writing a story. If you like this book, please vote for it. I love comments and will try my best to respond asap. Leopardwillow has always wanted an apprentice from the moment she was an apprentice herself to the moment she became a warrior... There was one exception however she would beg Starclan not to mentor the stubbornest, violentist, evil-seeming kit ever- Smokekit. Little does she know that just so happens to be Starclan's will not only will she need to mentor Smokekit, tensions rise higher and higher within Lakeclan and a war will be hard to avoid, and Foxbristle; Leopardwillow's sister is accused of Bearstar's murder. On top of that drama Leopardwillow still has to save her clan from whatever danger lies ahead-little does she know her stubborn apprentice might be the cause for all this chaos... Excerpt: Flamestar's one amber eye shone in the moonlight; the moon soon disappeared from within the clouds. "I did not fail Junipercloud." Leopardwillow spat, "you should know not to kill warriors during things so ridiculous as border skirmishes Starclan doesn't want us to kill each other." By now her fur stood on end but Flamestar looked terrifyingly calm. "I suppose, but the way I see it there should only be one clan not two. How ridiculous our ancestors decided it." Flamestar said with a curious tone. "I shall make this short before we depart young warrior - I'd watch my back from now on if I were you." the orange she-cat said thoughtfully. Timberheart leapt off the boulder "Is that a threat?!" he growled. Flamestar thought her words over "Maybe. Lakeclan to me!" she yowled before either of them had time to respond. A death sentence just waiting to happen Leopardwillow thought sadly. Dovesong was right; A war was on the verge of happening and not even Starclan could stop that. All Characters are my own ©
