I run a DnD open sandbox campaign. 
These are some of my NPCs and their backstories. I found it more interesting to flesh out the main characters that my PCs interact with. These are the motivations on how they interact with the players, and to them, I find these stories have a lot more to them with the insight they have during the game.All Rights Reserved
