What if there was an anomaly in the Underground? No, not Frisk. Not Chara either. Someone else entirely. How would a few children manage to defeat them? Could they even do so? How would they free the monsters? Can they free the monsters? How will they change the monsters' fate, for the better, despite all the odds being stacked against them?
What if there's more unanswered questions within this, even after the ending?

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE READING:
No fanon ships will be in this (ex. no Papyrus x anyone or Toriel x Sans. Asgore x Toriel (in the past) and Undyne x Alphys occur) . In this AU Chara is still the first ever human, just set in Frisk's time. Basically all the other characters from regular are there, just some events haven't taken place yet. Chara fell in 2005, Frisk fell in 2015. No other humans fell in between. THIS IS NOT AN X READER IF THATS WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. ITS A FUN STORY WITH A HINT OF SADNESS. Remembrance - An Undertale Story-DISCONTNUED
Long ago, two races ruled over the Earth. Humans and monsters. At least, that's the story we all know. There was another race. Technically, they were monsters. Skeleton monsters to be exact. Humans shunned them because they were monsters. Monsters shunned them because humans had skeletons. In retaliation, the skeletons split into two different races. The Surface Skeletons and the Abyss Skeletons. The Surface Skeletons reaches out to both monsters and humans. However, when the war started, they were some of the first monsters attacked and many were killed when they fought with the other monsters. Only a handful were sealed underground but without the Sun to strengthen their bones, the skeletons suffered until they received anonymous help. Very few survived to this point and slowly, they died out. The Royal Scientist at the time and his wife tried to have children. Each time left them severely weakened. Each child dusted until the wife gave up her life to bring a great skeleton into the world. That child is the last of his kind. The Abyss Skeletons shunned all other monsters and humans, considered them all demons. Their society was alike human society long ago. Divided. They believe they are strong and emotions only weaken. The class system was rigid and they possessed a kill or be killed attitude to all other monsters and humans. They thrived underground and ended up building their society in the Underground's own Abyss. It is a shame that only their leader can reclaim their heir from the corruption caused by those demons. Warning: Rated Mature for possible smut and probable gore. I'm sorry I don't know what I'm doing but this ain't for little kids. Also, cover doesn't belong to me. Credit to creator. Posttale (English UT/DR AU)
This story takes place after the events of the pacifist ending of Undertale, where all the monsters have already left the underground. However, that won't stop problems from starting again; Frisk and his friends will have to face a new threat. DISCLAIMER: This story is based on the fact that the first human fell underground in 2015 and the last in 2060. Here, Deltarune is a sequel to Undertale; therefore, Posttale is not a copy of TobyFox's creation, but an adaptation, or what is also called an "AU." Soon after that, Chara joins a new family, but their ambition to keep everyone happy goes a little overboard and Chara is flung into a reality of destruction and hopeless wonder. Then many long years later they meet the beloved Frisk, who fell into the Underground, similar to themselves. (I DON'T OWN UNDERTALE. The only characters I own are Bailey and Creame.) All the monsters live happily in the underground: until one human ruins everything. Bailey Hill is a normal, 11 year old girl- until she trips, and falls into Mt.Ebott. Quick to befriend the monsters, Bailey is instantly loved by everyone. When monsters start mysteriously disappearing, Bailey is on the case. What she doesn't know, though, is that a small team, co-led by Undyne and Sans, are working as secret spies in the background. After hearing about the disappearances, Bailey thinks she can solve the mystery- but when Bailey has a shocking realization, she realizes that she might not be so innocent after all. ------------------------------------------- Changes: IMPORTANT: Frisk and Chara don't and never exist(ed) Monsters don't mind the underground, so Alphys never did the experiments. Frisk has freed the monsters of the Underground. Finally, monster kind is allowed to return to the surface. It's been 3 years since then. Yet the monsters still struggle to find their place within the world. Most accept the monsters, but there are those who wish nothing more than the complete annihilation of monster kind. Merely sealing them away is not enough. As ambassador for the monsters, it is Frisk's responsibility to fight for everyone's right to live on the surface. But at the same time, an internal battle rages on within her. Not only that, her relationship with Sans is strained. Trust is not so easily regained after the slaughter of one's beloved, despite it all being erased. Or was it really? The memories are still there. *I have lost interest to complete pre story and post story parts. (I couldn't help myself, I like theses two games all lot so please don't judge and Frisk is still a girl, also Chara is going to be here as a ghost flying beside Frisk (they are a girl as well, she's a pacifist child too :) ) (Picture cover belongs to me) After All the monster's have been Free from the underground, the King and Queen, Asgore and Toriel, needed to have an ambassador on their side when having an Embassy. (Frisk is about 8 years old here okay) Frisk suggested if she could help them, but according to the country's rules, she's to young to be one. So that couldn't happen, Asgore and Toriel would have to leave with the people who made the rules to change it, so they had to leave Asriel and Frisk with Sans and Papyrus's, to take care of them at their new house. (All monster have new houses on the surface). As Sans turned on their old TV, he put on a old Cartoon, "Bendy And Boris Adventures". Frisk told them that, that Cartoon Used to be very popular back then, but she never new it would still be on to this day. As Sans and Papyrus left to get some groceries, both Frisk and Asriel had to stay inside of the house, both kids weren't sure why. But as they looked at the TV, continuing to watch the Cartoon, a knock was heard from the door, they opened it to reveal a old mail with black ink around it, as they opened it, it was pretty old, and it was signed by a person name, Joey Drew. Then a flash of light from the TV opened a portal, as they backed up, they were pulled into the portal. And as they opened their eyes, they were in shocked to be in a strange old building.
