That was Peter Parker's-or shall I say, Winter Spider's-mission from HYDRA, an evil organisation with the end goal of world domination. Kidnapped from his family two years after his birth, he had grown up in a world where only killing and blood was known. 

Could he complete his mission, bringing Harley Keener into the hands of HYDRA? Or would fate (or annoying superheroes) get into the way of his most important mission yet?

HYDRA kidnapped him, experimenting on him and turning him into an enhanced human assassin with abilities akin to a spider. Peter grew up surrounded by nothing but pressuring dim halls and voices tearing through his consciousness like bullets to his head. He never thought he'd get a chance at freedom. There was no he'd see the world outside of the missions that were mostly wiped from his memory.
