A heartfelt Taekook story based on real history.

1947 partition of India, which made two separate countries India - Pakistan. One land cut into two pieces by the stroke of Radcliffe's pen, on the basis of religion. One night you slept an Indian, the next day you wake up being a Pakistani. You have to move from India to Pakistan, or from Pakistan to India just with your body, not a single belonging, nothing you can take. Not even your family, your children.
14.5-15 millions of people migrating throughout the border of India-Pakistan. Nearly 2 millions of deaths from undescribable violence. Millions of rape, abduction, people losing family members left and right. There was barely any family that was intact and didn't lose any of their members to the cruelty of partition. The horror of partition is still inside the survivors after 70 years of the incident.

Jeongguk, a pakka sikh, equally enraged by the news of rape of Hindu women and conversion that's happening in Pakistan. He is hating the Muslim neighbors he once called brothers-sisters. Now he wants nothing more to kill each and every one of them.
How'll fate bind these two persons from two religions together?
Taehyung's father is the local Mollah of their Masjid, a hardline religious man. And Jeongguk is all mighty about his Sikh blood, never backing down from anything.

Taehyung: They didn't let me have her, Jeongguk-ji. They didn't.
...................
Jeongguk: sahib, just let me take my wife. We love each other, by the name of god. I am not lying, Sikhs aren't liars.
