Martin K. Blackwood really needed a job. So when he came across the opening for Night Guard at the British Museum, his love of history was his second motivation for taking it, after his love of keeping himself alive. But mystery surrounds those dark halls and a click of a tape recorder and a sigh from a fading man seems to be one that decides to haunt him. 

(I literally suck at descriptions but in a nutshell, this is Jonathon Sims x Martin Blackwood from The Magnus Archives, following the vague plot of Night in the Museum. Don't ask. Just read it.)

A random boy, named Clay, walks up to him, he makes George run away. The boy keeps contacting him. Why does George feel so comfortable around him? He isn't allowed to. How does this random guy do this, calm him down all the time? What starts with just a small conversation ends in way more than ever expected. 'Why did you start talking to me?'
