Ayaat × Shahmeer ( Also can be read as a standalone novel) Top-1 in India . . . . . . . . . "Let me make this clear from the very beginning-" But she interrupted. Lifting her veil slowly, She faced him. Her tone was calm, but her soul trembled behind her words. "I don't have any expectations from this bond," she said steadily. "You've given me your name-that's enough. You'll always be my sister's husband. I'm not here to demand a place in your life. I know exactly where I stand." He watched her, caught off guard by her sudden fire yet nodded. "Good. That saves us both the trouble. And Stick to that. Because I won't tolerate promises you can't keep." He said sharply. Her scent lingered between them...a soft, familiar trace of coconut. He took a small step back, as if her presence had caught him off guard. As if it stirred something he wasn't ready to face-something unsettling, achingly familiar... and utterly forbidden. ★★★★★★★★★★★ When two broken souls, Ayaat and Shahmeer, are bound by an unwanted marriage, they treat each other as nothing more than a forbidden past. Grief, guilt, duty, hate.. defines their bond... until fate begins to rewrite their story. They fall.....slowly, unknowingly, and effortlessly. But will they remain shackled by hate, guilt?
