After the calamity Link and Zelda have to restore peace to hyrule and rebuild the kingdom. While doing that Zelda struggles with her feelings for Link, which had only grown over the past 100 years and Link struggles with a similar problem. Will they be able to pull off the new hyrule? Nearly a month's time has passed since Ganon's demise and life in Hyrule can now resume without any fear of invasion. Zelda is finally crowned as queen of the kingdom, giving Link the time and rest he desperately needs. With all this said, Link can't shake the fact that their victory came with a price that cost him his dearly beloved, Mipha. Unable to bear the burdened thoughts any longer, he seeks for a way to reunite with his lost love, even if for a moment. ~~~ Sequel to Hero by Heart ~~~ Link and Zelda have started restoration of Hyrule, and are well on their way to establishing a peaceful, prosperous rule. But what neither of them expected was to uncover secrets that might have been better left hidden. After everything they have been through, it seems like they still can't catch a break, and danger is ever close, lurking around every corner. **Disclaimer: I started this story after the first trailer for TotK, so this is loosely based on those events, but is first and foremost a result of my imagination. Over the course of writing this story, I have added elements from the game as I saw fit. In the end it does tell a very different story.

a breath of the wild remake. the princess gets an appointed knight to follow her wherever she goes. she is not happy about this because it shows how weak and helpless she truly is. she was a little bit depressed. and once the knight had noticed this, he did everything in his power to make it better before the inpending disaster had arrived.

After the defeat of Calamity, the Champions are revived. Link struggles with the aftermath, collecting lost memories of those he cares for. [Link/Mipha]

The Legend of Zelda: After the Wild by King_Arthur99

10 years after the defeat of Calamity Ganon, Hyrule was restored to it's former glory, with Zelda a respected Queen, and Link a celebrated Hero. However, a Yiga uprising brings the Kingdom of Hyrule to a time of civil unrest, and an unlikely group of friends find themselves caught in the middle of the rising conflict, and their own mission appointed by Zelda.

After Zelda goes poof and Link now owns a dead guy's arm, the hero begins to reevaluate everything in his life. Things like gifting his Hateno house entirely to Zelda, never leaving her side even if it'd be good for both of them, and standing by while his past flame, Sidon is to be married to a woman he's not even attracted to. Something's gotta give, and it's time Link put his own needs first for once.
