The truth is a difficult thing. Sometimes the truth is much heavier than a light lie and Ian was aware of this when his friend's mysterious death lured him into the thick of the strange, dark woods to find the answers to his questions. Honest, hard answers. But the matter is not really an easy task, because the secrets of the unknowable forests have not been disturbed for a long time, and now all dark secrets and mysteries are emerging from behind the mossy trunks of the trees, or just from the corners of the friendly cabin of the Hunter. Ian, on the other hand, does not give up the desperate struggle easily, neither against the arya of secrets nor against the strange beasts of the forests and mountains. However, some questions also make him uneasy about himself; How much would he risk for the truth? How far would he be able to venture into the thick of the woods to find the answers? Afraid that even too deep... (Sorry for the spelling mistakes, I'm still learning English and google translate helps, but it's not accurate.) Thanks for any improvement suggestions.

*COMPLETED* "Will you ever get tired of saving my life, hero?" My voice didn't sound like my own. "I'm not a hero, quite the opposite really." He shook his head and his voice was merely a whisper. "I can see the good in you." I told him. "Not everyone is a good person, Kanin. Some people are just bad and there's nothing you can do to change that." He sounded defeated. "You're not one of those people, Jax." I pleaded with him. "You're right." He looked away from me and to the impenetrable darkness before us, like he could see something. "I'm worse." I didn't say anything else. I closed my eyes tight and fell asleep to the beating of his heart against my ear. *** (My beautiful cover was made by @XbeautificationsX)
