What Could I've Done Differently? (A SMG4 What If? Au)
She did it. Melony was able to find a way to save him. She thought she and him would get the happy ending they've deserved since the incident. But what if that supposed ending gets twisted into something much darker? Much deeper? { A couple notes: 1. This is au I made was originally based on simple observations and assumptions I did while watching WOTFI 2021, but then got expanded into a story with plot and action. 2. There will be mention of suicide but that's about it as far as triggering topics go. This may update as I continue to write this story. 3. SMG4: The Power Crystal (Episode)
As the SMG4 gang stumble and find themselves lost inside of a mysterious forest, they discover a glowing cave that holds a sacred crystal that is said to grant good fortune and power, but also dangerous consequences. To the groups surprise, the crystal gives each and one of them a special power. Except for SMG4. When they realize what kind of power the crystal really holds, SMG4 decides to take it back to the Showgrounds for further inspection and safety. Not just for that... but to also figure out why all of his friends have something special within them, but he doesn't. But what he doesn't realize is that power is hungrier than the people who want it. ("Episode" in the title basically means that it's an episode length instead of the usual novel or "movie" length.)
