The aroma of freshly ground coffee beans and baked croissants constantly fills the air at this small Parisian café. Thea Fernsby, a nineteen-year-old girl from London, fresh out of high school is working away her gap year and Paris seems more dull now than it did when she first arrived. She is here looking for a way to escape the past and all the painful memories it holds, when she stumbles upon handsome Benedict MacCaa, a traveller, hopeless romantic and photographer here in Paris.
