Jackson Shaw is not one for love. With a background of getting bullied and having his parents be divorced, how could he? Jackson and his younger brother have to move to Paris with their divorced father, while his mother has it all in Colorado, USA. Ines Dumont's mother was Mexican. She was from Bernal and died when Ines was very young, but however, Ines is quite hopeful to have the love her parents once had. She works at a pastry and coffee shop called "La Crêperie", and hopes to make enough money to move to Bernal to become familiar with her mother's roots. Jackson starts to become familiar with the streets in Paris, so he decides to get a coffee one morning, when he runs into La Crêperie, and meets Ines. The two, at different paces, fall in love and begin to battle their self-doubts and fears. How would this work out, with Jackson's pride and Ines' plans for Bernal? Join the spectators on this love story with Ines' best friend, Louise.
