Let Your Teeth Sink In (Book 2)

Previously named Kickdrum Beating in My Chest Again (Alternate Version).

Hello! I know this looks different, but the original fic was getting VERY long, so I made the decision to split it into two books, including the Prologue for a total of three books. So, what was the Prologue is now Just One Mistake Is All It Will Take (Prologue) (Book 1) and the first half of what was the original fic is now Let Your Teeth Sink In (Book 2). It's All Over Now (Book 3) is now the second half of the original fic. Nothing has changed except that I split it up into three books.

Welcome to Book 2 of the Until Your Breathing Stops Forever Series.

Patrick is a doctor in a prison and is happily married. One day, a new prisoner comes in named Pete Wentz, who is there to break William Beckett out of prison. Pete arranges for a riot of the prisoners to act as a distraction for his and William's escape plan, but it fails. Afterwards, Patrick feels himself being drawn to Pete and he doesn't know why. When Patrick has to transfer a stabbing patient to the hospital, things go very, very wrong. Patrick is framed for a crime he didn't commit. How will he adjust to life in prison? How will he get out? Will he ever see Pete again?
