That Man was named Bradley Uppercrust III born into the Uppercrust Family of Oil Tycoons of Long Beach, California. This spinoff prequel sets the events of "A Goofy Movie III" 3 years prior and starts off with his downfall at the 1999 Collage X Games. Journey as this story tells how Bradley is planning for his revenge come back to his rival Max Goof.
