Deyanira Tempest was always supposed to enter the Riders Quadrant but 1 year before her due day, Mira, the older sister of her childhood Friend Violet comes to her with an alarming message that forces her to enter the Quadrant early, making her whole Life turn around the moment she firstly faces Xaden Riorsen.

No" i breath out as i look Mira in her eyes, searching for the lie that should be there but there is none. Her eyes stare back in mine as sincere as they could have been, her gaze lightly clouded as she holds onto my shoulders " I know you hace one year left Deya, but she won't survive without you, please, help her". Panic errupts in my mind. Panicking not only out of fear for my friend but also because the fear my uncle would find out before i would be able to cross the Parapet if I'd decided to go and would punish me for even trying, disobeying the rules he has set. As i look back at Mira i see the same fears swirling in her eyes and in trance of the cruelties of Lilith Sorrengail, i nodded, sealing my fate, trading my soul.
