Izuku was quirkless and wanted to be a hero that is like Allmight he knew that this would lead to bullying from others, his parents didn't want him to go through life like that and that is when blackwatch offered them to make izuku better unknown that it would cause him more pain.

Devastated by the words of his idol All Might, the Number 1 Hero, Izuku Midoriya tries to end his life by taking a swan dive of the building he and his idol was on. As he closes his eyes, accepting his fate, he found himself standing on a building and facing The Prototype himself Alex Mercer. There Mercer told him he was Izuku's past self and he is willing to merge their souls to give the Blacklight Virus to our protagonist and letting it mutate into a quirk. Instead, he decided to become a vigilantly. The Summoning Hero
Izuku was a strange child, when he was a kid he found out he had a quirk but the doctors had no idea what it was or how it worked. Because of this he tried everything he could think of to try make his mom's or dad's quirks work but absolutely nothing did. As he was slowly pushed away by everyone except for his mother, he had no one, no friends or anything, because of this he gained the hobby of drawing to help him cope with the loneliness. Years passed by and he finally accepted that he was quirkless and because of that everyone all but increased in the bullying making Izuku even more isolated.
