Summer ended, school started. Sonic was excited for the first day of school. As someone who's popular and didn't mind people fanning over him, missed the attention of his fans asking for photographs, autographs etc. But then suddenly, there came 2 new students who had everyone gawking over them. Sonic and all of his friends all started out as some cell. All different and built with different atoms. Growing in tubes, inspected, and observe for testing. Of course there is no harm to them whatsoever. The scientists take care of them, they all act like family, no harm... and especially no suffering. Until there is a new CEO of the company, everything changes... is it for the better, or for the worst? Read to find out! (Note I do have slight depictions of them maybe being romantic, so please do not get on me for anything. This is also not a fully shipped base story. I do hint a lot of different ships that may work, but I do not know if I will ever make something official in the book.) What was meant to be a simple rescue mission turns out to be a week-long trek across an island as Sonic and friends race to fix their powers. Knuckles and Rouge address the elephant in the room. Sonic may like one of his friends more than he thinks he does. Eggman's just generally annoyed. Or, I'm writing Sonic the Hedgehog fanfic now, I guess. (Crossposted on ff.net and Ao3.)Complete
Sonic (Mostly Sonadow) Oneshots
As you go along, the characterisation gets better and better, and though I don't want to claim that they act perfectly canon, I think they're pretty accurate :) The cover is drawn by me! It took me 14 hours, drawn in ibisPaint X, inspired by this collection's "Starry Hedgehog" oneshot!
