Medusa, the infamous Gorgon with snakes for hair, lives a secluded life in the ruins of a forgotten temple on the outskirts of Aethria. Cursed by Athena for her breathtaking beauty and the consequences of a tragic betrayal, she now bears the burden of turning anyone who gazes into her eyes into stone. Her heart aches for connection, but her curse keeps her isolated, yearning for a love she believes is unattainable.

In the heart of Aethria resides Alexios, a gentle and talented musician who lost his sight in a childhood accident. Despite his blindness, he has learned to navigate the world with grace and courage, using his heightened senses of touch, sound, and intuition. His music is renowned throughout the city, captivating all who hear it.

One fateful day, while wandering the ruins in search of inspiration for a new composition, Alexios stumbles upon Medusa's forgotten temple. Unbeknownst to him, he gazes in her direction, but his blindness saves him from her curse. Intrigued by the presence of another person in her desolate world, Medusa remains hidden, observing him from the shadows.

As Alexios explores the temple, he discovers a beautifully sculpted statue, seemingly carved from the finest marble. He is inexplicably drawn to this life-like figure and begins to play a haunting melody on his lyre. The enchanting notes fill the temple, and Medusa, hidden behind a pillar, is captivated by the music...

Elsewhere, Helen of Sparta struggles to fit in with her adopted family due to her unnatural feature-shifting abilities that the fam insists on keeping a secret. So she's really putting her antiperspirant to the test when she's set to take the throne as Ruler of Sparta to honor her mother's wishes all while putting her own dreams on pause. Heracles, meanwhile, feels like he's stuck in a high-stakes juggling game with hospital bills to pay, illegal-street racing calling his name, and his crush Megara still hating his guts; and then his luck goes from bad to worse when his android best friend introduces him to Spike, a low-key serial killer and a high-profile android racer with a reputation for never losing, or missing the next target's head who happens to be guess who? Warriors come to fight her to prove themselves, or gain her head to gain immortality, adding themselves to her garden of men. Asta Vestuvian is one of the women that is sacrificed to Medusa to appease the town she lives in. She was born blind, so is immune to the stony gaze the godly woman. Asta and Medusa slowly fall in love, Medusa skeptical about the woman because of her past. Can Medusa put her past aside and allow herself to love the blind woman willing to stay with her, or will she lose the chance to love her because of her insecurities? Completed.
