It feels as if my heart is going to explode out of my chest.
His hands trail down to my hips to pull us closer, if possible. Even if our height is different by only the slightest bit, in this moment, it feels as if he's towering over me.
His gaze is so consuming, yet soothing in a way. I watched as his deep, violent pupils trail down to my lips for only a second before meeting my eyes once again.
He then rests a hand on the side of my face, ever so slightly moving in closer.
