Y/N lives in the 21st century America. She's 21 years old in this circus of an economy. Despite being a prodigy, she was never able to hold a job for long. Too many people found her to be intimidating, some abused her kindness too much, and more than enough people have made absolutely disgusting and inappropriate comments about her body or beauty. So she did what she could to stay alive. She had strange abilities no other human had, so she used a lot of her energy into dancing in a club and making sure she had the most amount of tips. Every night she screamed, cried, and blamed the world for being so cruel to her. Because even though she was financially stable, everything else was not. Her past and her present ripping at her until she was nothing but blood and bones. The moon which she had stopped crying to years ago has heard enough of her daughters cries. It was time for her real mother to take her daughter home...

For everyone who is sick of waiting for Sarah J Maas to finally release Azriel's story. And everyone who doesn't want him to end up with Gwyn or Elaine. Here is my version of his love story that takes place right at the end of the original A Court of Thorns and Roses. Amarantha's daughter, Marlie, just got out from Under the Mountain where she got trapped for 50 years, just for trying to confront her mother. When Feyre, Cursebreaker, manages the trials and frees everyone, Marlie somehow finds herself winnowed into Velaris, Rhysands other Court. There, she raises the attention of the High Lord and the inner circle for entering through the warding. Especially Azriel's attention. (I wrote this story nearly three years ago, so it's not my greatest work, but I wanted to share it so you can have my take on Azriel's story before Sarah J. Maas actually publishes hers) *Excluding some original characters, all characters and places belong to Sarah J. Maas*
