This story takes place on the leftovers of an ancient world, a Remnant, you could say. ROLL THE CREDITS, THE JIG IS UP!
I don't know where I come from, I don't know if I had a family or friends. I just know my enemies, which when you're me, means pretty much everyone with the sense to shoot on sight. MORE MEAT FOR THE GRINDER! MORE BLOOD TO QUENCH MY THIRST!
At least HE is enjoying himself I guess.
Anyway, this is a story of how I met up with a team of people destined to save the world from- THE GROWING DARKNESS, THE SHADOWS CREEP INTO MY SOUL!
He means the GRIMM and other nasties like bandits and the White Fang. Believe me, you'll get used to it in time.
These people I'll be joining with are good people, different pasts and stories but all working together for the common good. Even if they don't always see eye to eye.
I want to tell them I can help, that I want to do some good for once... That's what I want to say, what actually comes out of my mouth is...

Remnant is a land full of legends and stories. Some are more popularly known such The Story of the Seasons and the legend of the Silver-Warriors. However, there is one legend that has been long forgotten and buried deep in Remnant's history. This is the legend of The Grimm Hunter, a creature of terrible power that was believed to have terrorized Humanity before the four Kingdoms were established and shortly after Humanity discovered Dust. It's been depicted to be an amalgamation of different Grimm with the ability to absorb the life-force of any creature with a soul. Not only did doing so regenerate any dealt wounds, but also allowed it to convert it into dark and destructive energy. Even though The Grimm Hunter was a creature of darkness itself, it also slaughtered Grimm with the same level of ferocity it showed Humanity. However, just as it seemed The Grimm Hunter would eradicate all of Humanity, it vanished without a trace. Not many know what happened to it but the legend speculates that a squadron of Silver-Eyed Warriors defeated it. But, that's not the truth, now is it?
