The Complete Mutation Project, a 2012 tmnt au/fanfic

Plot: Baxter Stockman creates a new type of mutagen as part of a crazy plan to take down the turtles. He can't use retro-mutagen on them, and re-mutation would risk making them more powerful. If he could find a way to amplify/complete their mutation it could turn them human making them disoriented and way more vulnerable.

Context: This fic takes place idk sometime in season two before the first major Craing invasion. The only major changes im making before the fic starts is that Karai is actually Shredder's daughter not Splinter's. Also retro mutagen only works for the first like six months after transformation, after that it becomes impossible to reverse.

Rating: 13+ for lots of cursing, fantasy violence, and some suggestiveness.
