The Bonds We Share (Hermione/Female Reader)

~~You're startled awake by a familiar voice. "Wake up y/n, you're going to be late for the train. " You hear as to turn to see your mother in the arch of your door. "If you dillydally any longer we will be late, and I don't want to hear your father go on anymore rants about punctuality." She said while a rather annoyed look comes across her face.
As she walks out of the room you slowly get up and see she has already packed your belongings, and has a quite proper outfit laid out on your clothing chest. Grabbing the clothes you headed to your bathroom to get ready for your first day of school at Hogwarts, ignoring the pit of anxiety in the stomach. ~~

This will be a Romance/slow-burn with eventually more maturing themes as the story progresses. You start by attending your first year at Hogwarts, not knowing if this is the being of a great school life or a not so great one. The story will be in an AU that doesn't have snakeman and includes original characters made by me. Because the setting is set in an AU, modern themes and slang will be used.

idk how long or how fast chapters will be but I won't leave without finishing so if you like the story early on save it for updates (mostly a few every month) or whenever I want to post.*but a no longer wait then a month*

I'm going to go from first year to seventh so this is book one.
