ARS(Agency Raider Service) is an elite anti-terrorist organization that founding by commander Yakimi and staff general Osto on the Tokyo,ARS has a tactical taskforce made up of all-talented-teenager(male or female) were known as"Raiders" and assigned to taking down the crime,including terrorism,and saving the peace of Tokyo to the great future.

However,DA(Direct-Attack)organization lead by Kusunoki had to do with ARS because had a same,protect the Tokyo from crime such as terrorism. it would DA and ARS be a cooperate or what?
