All three monsters exchanged roars, as they stared each other down.
Then with another roar the woman got up on her hind legs and charged Saul. He collided with her and locked horns, and for a second he thought he was holding his own. It turns out she wasn't trying very hard, for in an instant she shoved him onto his back. Before he could get back up the man went for Saul's legs. The bite cut through his flesh and fractured the bone, causing him to roar in pain. With great difficulty, he got back up, but his leg could barely hold any weight. The woman charged him again, but he repelled her with a well placed swipe to her face. That gave the man an opportunity to claw Saul across the chest.
