The war has ended. The Minister if Magic has put out an offer to all of those who had fought in the war to become an Auror. The Headmistress of Hogwarts, Professor McGonogall, has invited those who missed their seventh year to come back to Hogwarts. So while Hermione and Ginny are at Hogwarts, Harry and Ron chose to work at the Ministry. Both of the girls were in their final years at Hogwarts, the second wizarding war had been won and the dark lord defeated by the one and only harry potter. Both harry and Ron had gone on to become auras at the ministry of magic whilst Hermione returned with Katie Bell, Cho Chang, Ginny Weasley and many other old friends to finish their final year at Hogwarts and receive their NEWT's. However ever since the year of the tri-wizard tournament Hermione has felt something for Ron's sister Ginny and unbeknown to her it is a requited love. We set our story as the girls are getting ready for the one and only professor slughorn, who has returned to teach potions to the seventh years, as an apology and a gift to the late professor Dumbledore.
