Lukas Maximoff is different from his siblings. He's had his powers since birth. Hydra only made his powers stronger, and gave him a bonded him with a creature that does not come from this world. He was the only 'volunteer' to survive all of Hydra's experiment's and in doing so became something the world has never seen before.

Sam is a HYDRA experiment with the training of black widow, super soldier serum of Captain America, and the already genetic material for transformation into their own version of the hulk. Sam was given to HYDRA after their birth, their parents had worked with them after all. At the age of 19 the asset known as 19-1-13 was found by SHIELD. As an emotionless shell with the mind of a soldier they learn emotions and learn to control their own generic material. How will Sam, the little boy that HYDRA raised, adapt and survive all alone as always after all he's been thru? -I dont own any Marvel official characters, I am not a huge Marvel fan so I will get things wrong but I don't care I do it my way.
