Waves

Lani is a sweet, kind,bubbly piece of sunshine, who basically lives at her family's beach shop. Unfortunately for her, she is severely bullied, for unknown reasons. Lani doesn't let that stop her though, she goes out of her way to make everyone happy, even if it costs her own happiness.
Kai is a grumpy asshole who gets annoyed easily. He's the "bad boy" in town, loved by everyone. He can't help but notice Lani and her pushover ways, and get annoyed at it, at her.
The crazy thing is, Lani and Kai were once best friends up until sixth grade, when Kai suddenly started ignoring her. Since then, the hatred between them has been thicker than a bowl of oatmeal.
So what happens when the clash again? Some might say, Waves.
