In the world of Superhumans, there were once heroes who fought with no such powers but only with belts and suits or armor. Those heroes were known as Kamen Rider, they were once called the real heroes that protects the hope, dreams, smiles, happiness of this world but when the unpredictable happened, Quirks started to appear which lead to the current society having many heroes fighting crime against villains. This also lead to the extinction of Kamen Riders, only few had known about their existence but to many of today's society only knowing them as myth, folklore, fairy tails or even History.
