Four years after his initial attack on Humanity and the Heavens, the Monkey King, now laying low as the CEO of the multibillionaire company from China, the Guānhóu Conglomerate, decides to cause some problems for the humans once again, paying a visit to the White House where all the world leaders were gathered and asking them to let him start a tournament in order to find and fight the strongest human being.
