Blue Speedster

Izuku Midoriya had it all. Friends, a good school, a mentor, and the most important quirk in the world. That would soon change. He would find that not all of his friends were okay with sharing the spotlight, his school would expel him over a simple rumor, and his mentor didn't trust him as much as he thought. Even his quirk was taken from him, but no one tells One For All what to do. In response, the beyond supernatural power evolved to become something greater. Now armed with the power of unmatched speed, Izuku would become the hero he was denied to be.

Also in this version of the MHA story, Izuku was never able to get through to Todoroki at the Sports Festival.
