Y/n L/n, or project Suncatcher, as they will find out, is a young, nonbinary elf who manifested as a hydrokenetic at age seven, flooding all of Atlantis and killing their parents, then facing a tribunal were they are saved from banishment, and adopted by Councillor Bronte himself, who claims to see 'Potential' in the young elf. A year later, they manifest as a descryer, one of the only two in the entire lost cities, someone who can sense others' potential. One more year later, they become an inflictor, as well. None of this makes sense, until Y/n meets Sophie Foster, and everything starts coming together.
