This fic is heavily inspired by the comic 'Found Family' by sha.biest on Instagram. I asked permission to use their story and they said that I could. In the first chapter, there will be a link to their account and their comic/art. All art and story plots go to sha.biest and the characters belong to their rightful owners. While the story will contain bits of the comics, it will ultimately have quite a few differences.

The Other Side of Our Lives
This book is my own story of the original TMF characters and some that I made up. This does include Jean and some other ships. It's pretty angsty and the chapters are pretty long. I made the cover art. If you want any more information on my characters you can check out my headcanons book. This book takes place after episode 9 with exceptions of flashbacks of the characters' past. It wasn't a question but I answered anyway "Of course. They are family." "What if they don't feel the same way?" "Then that's understandable. They had their trust broken at a very early age by the people who were supposed to protect and love them. I have been very open with them and have told them several times that they are family to me now. I have also said that if they don't feel the same then that's okay.
