Alona is a lost teenage girl who has a very terrifying dream that she just shrugs off. When events began to occur, she realizes that her dream was actually a vision and that she has been chosen as a sacrifice. She must now try and stop the yearly choosing to save the lives of those who would be chosen in the future.
