However, one night, their mother kidnaps them and runs away. Their mother is not a gold watcher but rather a commoner. When Emily turns twenty, she is still stuck at home with living with her mother, step father, sister, and two half blood siblings. For her twentieth birthday, her friends take her to a part. However, things take a turn when Emily is kidnapped by a Gold Watcher named Judas. She is taken back to her father but now must go through an arranged marriage to make sure she is kept safe. Emily doesn't seem to fit in with the other rich gold watchers, her only friend being the beautiful Isabelle Coventry. Are the men at the Wolfshire Estate tame this commoner, or will Emily go back to being one?
