The Broken Ideal

He wakes. He wanders. He rambles. He loses. And then he wakes again.

He is alone in a prison. He has failed. He cannot do much more than look around before succumbing to the inevitability of escape. He has made one final desperate attempt at freedom, a final plea to the forgotten world, that he knows no one will answer.

But his plea does not go unanswered, because he will remember. He will remember enough to break the cycle of inevitability. Now, he must avoid creating a new one. One where he's trapped under the ideal of freedom forever...
