Along the way, the hero encounters many challenges and obstacles, including monsters, traps, and treacherous allies. But with the help of a wise old mentor and the power of the sword, the hero manages to collect all the pieces and become the ultimate power in the land. With the sword in hand, the hero sets out to save the kingdom from destruction and ensure that evil is forever defeated.

It responded to their strength, their resolve, and their needs. As the blade cut through the darkness for the first time, it wasn't just its edge that brought change. In the magical era of Kingdoms and Empires, humanity has been at war with the forces of hell, lead by their Demon Lord for many years. A magic sword along with a prophecy was then discovered. The prophecy said that one day a hero will come and claim this mighty blade and defeat the Demon Lord. As it was written so did it come true. A woman named Ciri came and claimed the magic sword and on her quest which she was destined to complete. As days went by, the hero gained many allies, survived all the traps and battles from the Demon Lord, and was getting ready for the final battle. As for the Demon Lord himself.... he grew tired of this war, finding no joy or reason in continuing it. Eventually, he desired to retire in secret while fooling the world into believing in his demise. Taking up a human form, he ventures out to find a nice place to retire. But all will not go as planned for the Demon Lord... What trouble will he get himself into? Can he escape his past or will he be forced to face it? Long ago, 4 gods ruled over humanity since their beginning, but after growing bored, they decided to play a game with humanity. Dividing their power into 52 cards that give humans a part of their power, the gods then disappeared leaving behind a prophecy that said one card wielder would rule over them. The rest of humanity then began hunting down the 52 card users with extreme violence, but since a card would randomly pass to another person in the world, they began imprisoning them. Years past, now in modern-day, a boy hurt and scared because of the hunt for the card wielders, blames the gods and so the Devil bestowed upon him their card.
