It was the moment my train left the platform that I turned and looked out of the window to wave goodbye to my brother, and there he was. He was a stranger, someone I never thought I would know, until he greeted my brother, and a flash of hope lit up inside me.
From waving goodbye to coming back a year later to start university. He was still there, still making my heart miss a beat.
That was when we had our first hello.
