What if Bungo Stray Dogs was set in High School? Abilities, sides, secrets, crazy coincidences, and all?

Mizuki Tsujimura, a second year at Bungo High School, and a member of the
Special Ops Club, meets a peculiar person at the Laundromat. This person turned out to be a new transfer student at her school, and things only escalate as new actors enter the stage.

Imagine this.

What if, supernatural powers were a feared thing by the government, so they keep supernatural abilities a secret to the public? And, if you have a supernatural ability, you will forever be watched by the government like a hawk to its prey, and will end up having to have a government job the moment they have proof and a record of your power? Because there's little known about abilities in this world, what else could the government do? One thing they have done is establish Bungo High School, and establish the Special Ops Club to find and report ability users.

But, what if, like a few of our particularly strange cast, you just...Never get caught?

This is especially the case for some individuals and secret clubs, like The Armed Detective Club and the Port Mafia Club. What will this story become as Mizuki Tsujimura finds out more of the truth of this messed up world?
