Brothers by Blood (Alec Lightwood twin)
Ben Lightwood, twin brother of Alec Lightwood, has been missing for over a month. When Jace finally finds him in the clutches of Valentine's men, chained, tortured and beaten half to death, he can't believe what he sees. He tries to help, but there isn't that much he can do. When Clary finally rescues Jace and Ben, she portals all three of them to Magnus' apartment as she knows he is the only one who can help. Both Alec and Magnus are shocked to see them, especially Ben. Ben's injuries are too severe for him to be at the Institute, they needed a warlock's magic. Basically, what would happen if Alec had a twin brother named Ben. ------ A/N: The story begins with Jace's thoughts when he goes through he portal with Valentine at the end of 1x13. In this story, all events of Season 1 of Shadowhunters have happened, but it won't really go along with Season 2 as I started writing this before it, and most of the trailers for it, came out. I'll add in some stuff from Season 2, but it will NOT follow the season exactly.Complete

Secretly Broken *ON HOLD*
Hi! I took over this story from the user @traaassshhh because they will soon be deleting the original story. The story may change a bit because I only have the original eight chapters in a doc. Anyways, here's the description. When Stiles' dad is killed by the most recent supernatural being to terrorize Beacon Hills, he decides to visit his dad's adopted sister (his auntie), Jocelyn Fray, and her daughter (his cousin), Clary Fray. To get away from his pack... his problems. But when he arrives at a burnt-down apartment and his auntie and cousin nowhere in sight, he is thrust into the opposite side of the supernatural spectrum. Deciding to help Clary find her mother and the cup, he is faced with the task of keeping his problems and his father's death on the down low, for the sake of Clary, which is proving more and more difficult, considering he's truly broken. Clary and the others are buying his facade of sarcasm and lies... Except from one sexy shadowhunter...Complete
Jonathan Morgenstern/Fairchild's Little Brother: His Saviour
Luan Raziel Fairchild. Clary's two minute older transgender brother, a perfect mixture of his father and mother. What would happen if Magnus managed to convince Jocelyn that Luan should keep his memories? What if Luan found Jonathan before he could hurt anyone? What if Luan was able to fully heal Jonathan? What if Lilith used the twinning rune on Luan and Jonathan before the events of The Mortal Instruments? What if, after a game of chase through the woods, Jonathan opened up to his little brother telling him about his own life? What if Luan had a small amount of Lilith's blood in him, which, when combined with Ithuriel's blood, enhanced the power of certain runes, such as the iratze. What if this allowed Luan to essentially remove majority of Lilith's blood from Jonathan? How would the story have played out then? Warning: this will have slight hints of brotherxftmbrother. You have been warned. I am also going to start referring to Jonthan as Jonathan Fairchild, not Jonathan Morgenstern. I feel like it will be a better representation of his change. Also, some of the chapters are based on my own experiences, rather loosely of course, and I hope, will give people ideas of what they want to do, should they want to explore New Zealand. Into The Shadows • Shadowhunters
Allison Wayland, twin sister of Jace Wayland, is thrown into the "mundane" Clary Fray's journey of self-discovery in the shadow world - all while performing her daily routine of hunting demons, keeping the mundanes safe and her debate on confessing her feelings to a certain hazel eyed Shadowhunter. But what happens when betrayal strikes in Valentine's hunt for the Mortal Cup? ° Based off season 1 with my own little twist. Side note: I 100% ship Malec so don't come at me. °Complete
