Vivienne Blake is the 7th original Avenger.

However Vivienne isn't from earth; she is from a planet known locally as "Panem".

The planet of Panem is divided into 12 districts, ruled from the Capitol. As punishment for a failed revolt, each district is forced to select two tributes, one boy and one girl between the ages of 12 and 18, to fight to the death in the annual Hunger Games until there is only one survivor.

After the events of the Civil War, Vivienne - or Blake as she is more commonly called - wanted to attempt to bring the Avengers back together. 

In an attempt to bond the Avengers, Doctor Strange suggests to Vivienne to allow them to watch her life.

My Hunger Games.My name is Aria Moulson and I won the 69th Hunger Games 6 years ago. I was the first Mockingjay. Trust me I never wanted to be. I never wanted to start a rebellion I just wanted to get in and out. But, the people of Panem had a different idea. They saw me as the light in the darkness. They saw me as their way out of President Snow's wrath. They saw me as their Mockingjay. Why they saw me as the Mockingjay?
